Experience the flavour of flight as you manoeuvre your body in a levitated state. The Basic Level of AY Aerial Yoga has been designed as an introduction to the form. The Course syllabus is training for acclimatization to the new dimension of space and the environment of levitated body mobilization.
This level of training will condition the body to 360 degree aerial maneuverability and build core strength. You will learn to support and suspend your body weight in air, testing and pushing your stamina to greater health and fitness. Instructors- in- training are coached to perform a sequential flow of asanas using support of the hammock.
The Mach III Advance Level fine tunes all asana flows and manoeuvrability so trainees begin to exhibit an impeccable level of Aerial fitness and comfort with the prop. This process has been designed to exemplify the performance capacity of the body in the aerial environment.
Pilot the vehicle to completion to become a certified Mach IV Instructor of Aerial Yoga. This culminating stage of the process equips you with all the necessary skills to train, lead and guide practitioners of all levels who would like to explore this form of workout.
